XP SP 2 does not work

Hi,

on my new machine with Windows XP SP2 (yes, SP two) Bejy reports "Loading bejy.xml", and then it terminates with no error or log messages whatsoever. This machine uses Java 1.4.2_05.

Bejy runs fine on another machine with XP SP1 and Java 1.4.2_04.

So I wonder if SP2 or 1.4.2_05 is the culprit...

Cheers,

Christian

The problem is caused by a change in Java 1.4.2_05 and the way BEJY dynamically loads classes. This is already fixed internally and published with next release.

Note: if the XP SP2 firewall is enable, ensure that it is configured accordingly to allow access to the server's ports.

Any update on the release date? Also, does it support JDK1.5?

This is fixed in version 1.3.1.56b.

And yes, it also runs with JDK1.5

thanks for your patience
